They did a really good job. They came in amount of the TV exactly where I wanted it and it was in a very difficult spot above a fireplace.

The Geek Squad is the only way to go. I was offered a 3rd party installation but i like to stay in house...they were great!

First, the installation was quick and flawless. The agents are professional and it showed in the quality of their work. BUT. They were here because I was replacing a recently purchased Samsung TV. Previously a Geek squad appeared to troubleshoot some issues I was having controlling devices connected to the Samsung. By the way, I use Amazon Echo (Alexa) to control many devices in our home They determined the Samsung just didn't play nice with them. Best Buy stepped up and we ended up replacing the Samsung with a Sony. Hence the reason the current visit. Unfortunately one member of the squad spent about 15 minutes quizzing me on how I used the Samsung and offered advice on what I was doing wrong. I have no ideas why we wasted the time, when their task was to replace the TV. That spoiled what should have been a pleasant experience.

The installation service was excellent. The guy who took and processed the order took forever and got it all wrong, but the installers straightened it out.

I had mine mounted in the corner of my bedroom. It makes very easy to tilt or move in either direction. I first had a 75 inch TV on it that unfortunately was defective. I now have 65 inch TV on it. It allows me if I want to swing it towards my desk or bed. Being as adjustable as it is, I was able to find a sweet spot where it is perfect for viewing at either place. Very pleased with the mount and the installation by the Geek Squad!

Thomas and Adam were excellent. They were friendly, well spoken and patient. They set up the new 65" TV and soundbar and answered all our questions. They also helped to set up the two new smaller tvs and answered all our questions about them too! They were wonderful.

Dud a good job of delivering and installation they took away my old TV.

Michael and his crew were THE BEST! They were friendly and professional. There had been an issues with the first television and Michael called Customers Service and had a new one ordered. He then came out and installed the new one which worked well! I was very grateful for his help, and his communication that helped cut through some of the red tape with the initial television.

The technicians did a great job removing our old TV and installing the new one.

As part of the total care membership, my TV was replaced when the Geek Squad felt that it had an issue. It wasn't a simple thing, as the problem was mostly between how it interfaced with the PS5. The new TV they brought fixed the problem. So, they were right, and set the new one up for me without a hassle.

The Geek squad did a great job of removing the faulty wall mounted TV and reinstalling a new replacement unit. They took the time to setup the new unit and pair the soundbar to the system. The team was very courteous and professional. Highly recommend the squad.
