TV was defective and replaced with another. Was under warranty. Even the part which was to be replaced was broken, hence, resulted in a new TV

The Squad kept me informed of their service arrival time and showed up as expected. They uninstalled my 65" TV, sound bar and bracket and boxed everything up for my move. I did supply the original boxes. The team cleaned up everything and completed the task inside of an hour. Great, professional service.

It was worth every bit to have the Geek Squad remove my 65" TV and bundle everything for me. The guys were friendly, professional, skilled and efficient.

We purchased a 75 inch TV on the recommendation of the Best Buy IHC (in home consult) guy that came to our house and measured and recommended what we should buy. Huge mistake but that is for another review. The 75inch was installed without any problems at all, it just looked completely ridiculous for the space we were putting it in. So GeekSquad came out and took it down and reinstalled a 65 inch for us. No problems with either install or the removal of the 75 inch. The guys were great. Super friendly, knowledgeable, did a really professional job.

When i actually got the service i paid for the techs were great. The problem was Best Buy kept canceling the appointments just before they were to arrive. The phone person in Mexico was no help at all. Thankfully you have a great store manager (Brian) in Quakertown PA. He was able to get someone to my house to do the uninstall. You need to have a better phone system so that you can talk to the actual store you are doing business with.
