To my Surprise the mount that I had purchased was not compatible with the TV I had purchased. The service person found this out right away. He informed me that he had one on his truck that he could install for me #$99/$100. After having such a hard time scheduling this appointment it was in my best interest to purchase and get the job done.

First bought tv that was actually last years model, but wasn't told it was. Almost immediately, we started having "no signal" issues/messages. Geek squad came out twice, thinking it was the HDMI cable being pinched in the "hide a cable tracking" ,despite a used substitute tv worked on that cable.
But the issue continued. Finally when they came out again the tv blacked out, then they knew it was a bad unit/tv.
That size tv was not available, so we had to swap it for a larger 65" same model/brand (LG).

I was so pleased with our installation and overall service. The agents needed to work in a tight NYC apartment. And when they discovered that the mounting bracket I had ordered from Best Buy wasn't ideal for my TV, they provided the right one at a lower cost. The final installation looked perfect. They were so polite and left everything clean and tidy.

Through no fault of Best Buy, the television screen was damaged right out of the box. The service person immediately let Best Buy know, so they would elevate the urgency of getting a new television installed. Another television was installed within a week.
