The agent was fantastic. He disconnected all our stuff that was attached to our TV and connected it to the new one. We have less of a mess of wires now. He adjusted and checked everything to make sure everything was connected properly and working right.

David took the time to go over my Samsung/Headphone issue and he came up with 3 fixes. Fix 1 & 2 were about the same price and Fix 3 was double that. I elected to go with Fix 3 and purchased a new Sony Bluetooth Headphone.
Got home, pairing was easy and it worked exactly as David said it would. When the Headphone is turned on the Samsung's TV volumn automatically mutes and the volumn on the Headphone works as it is supposed to.

They did a good job of removing the old HDTV and moving it to another room. However, I had disconnected all of the components and removed all furniture from the area so that they could get to remove and install.
