Very knowledgeable and friendly installation service. Mounted the bracket in a built in wall cabinet with exact spacing between the top, bottom and sides 3” around the unit. Connected all the peripheral components. Very clean, smooth, quick quality service.

Very professional berry personable. They took down my mounted TV gently and put up my new TV. They handled everything with care. They took their time to ensure it was done correctly was secure and made adjustments to the height for my viewing pleasure. They set up my emote. Gave me some basic instructions on use. They also arrived on time which was very important to me with my schedule. Excellent experience

Above and beyond to meet our needs

We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Best Buy’s service to anyone that asks!

Geek Squad Installed My Tv Great

Even when the current mount wouldn’t work because there weren’t any studs on my wall (older building), they helped me with recommending a new one and mounted that! 10/10
