The way they install the TV and the stand, everything was perfect very professional

I hope I am remembering his name correctly. Drew and his helper Jack are the absolute best! I hope I am correct with Drews name because I will request him again. They are both an asset to Best buy. I couldn't have received better service.

It’s not worth trying to install yourself. Bestbuy tram did a great job but even more important, when the TV needed to be replaced within 30 days they were right back out to install the replacement snd take away original unit. I can only imagine the frustration if I had needed to dismount , luv it back in to the store and install a second time. Thanks BestBuy.

Arrived right on time and installed the TV. Working great

We had a problem with the articulated mount on our 65" LG. My Total Tech rep scheduled a support visit promptly and at no charge. The two reps who showed immediately recognized and fixed the problem. They also checked the other two mounts in our home. Great Service

Purchased a 75" Samsung neo QLED on sale and am thrilled with it. The colors are so vivid and picture so sharp it feels like a new experience. I love football and basketball and I enjoy it even more with this TV. The Geek squad enhanced my viewing experience by making little tweaks and explaining some subtilties clearly. Great experience!

The Geek Squad came to my house to setup my new TV. They removed the previous one from my wall (this was a small extra fee), and then they mounted my new TV on my wall. They were able to save me some money by using the wall bracket that I already had. They were very knowledgeable, and they were patient enough to answer all of my questions and show me how to use it. Well worth the money.
