Physical install was fine but the installer was unable to get the TV to work with the cable box

Agents removed tv without one problem, smooth procedure

Our old plasma TV was uninstalled & disposed of with no issues.

Geek Squad came and unmounted my TV after having some technical issues, process was smooth, quick and easy.

The agent came and remounted The T.V. He worked carefully and did a good job.

The Geek Squad did an outstanding job in installing our new TV. They relocated our old TV, installed various streaming apps for us, and answered all our questions. Lead installer Michael W. Turner is extremely competent, friendly, and helpful!

The trchnicans were very capable and knowledgeable. Only problem I have is with billing. Over the phone the bill was $334 and according to the tech it should have been about $213. -

The technicians were professional and very thorough.

TI made a mistake in measuring the size of TV I need for the space I had, and two very nice and smart geeks came and uninstall the previous one and installed the new size one and went through the procedure again and answered all the questions I had.

Best Buy is the Best, I love my 65 inch LG OLED C2 TV. The picture is unreal and the best and worth the price and the Geek Squad guys who did the initial install and uninstall were very professional, on time, polite and answered all my questions.

The Geek Squad agents were very professional and courteous. They were able to unmount the old TV and mount the new one quickly. They also cleaned up when they were done.

I had purchased a different wall mount - one that would bring the TV out from the wall & change viewing angles. When the Geek squad came out, they surveyed the situation and told me I did not need that because the viewing was fine without moving the TV. They had the appropriate one with them and used it. I like it much better, since I don’t need to move the TV, and it saved me money. That’s what I like about Geek Squad/Best Buy!
