I gave 5 stars because the uninstall (unmounting) my tv went without a hitch. I was told my the uninstallers another team would meet me at my new location. They did not. Since May I have called to have refunded my charge for mounting at my new address but have not received the refund as of yet.

Prior to renovation of media room, the Geek Squad uninstalled the mounted TV of 65".The two persons very carefully placed it in another room. Very satisfied with their professionalism.

The Geek Squad team that did my installation was fantastic. I don't know the process and they patiently walked me through the process while respecting the COVID protocols. The entire process took about 2-3 hours and it was a great learning experience for me and I didn't have to lift a finger.

Geek squad arrived on time and un-installed my 65 inch TV very quickly and efficiently.

I used the Geek Squad to install my tv a couple years ago and they did a fantastic job removing the old tv from it's mount, removing the old mount and installing a new mount and then mounting the tv. They hooked up everything and gave me a short training on how to use and access all my peripherals. I would highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable, professional, and did the job in a reasonable time. They hauled away all the boxes and cleaned up after themselves.

Did a great job on mounting and taking done my tv and have to have them come back out to but it back up , if you own a home being a total elite member saves you a lot of money mounting and instillation is cut in half to 50 dollars and it’s only 200 a year and it covers all technical support in your home as well including printers and computers as well to be fixed.

The experts did a great job with the relocation of the television and setting it up to work perfectly.

The technician was on time he introduced him self as Raleigh he was very polite. He went right to work within minutes the TV was in boxed and in place. He helped with the set up and was extremely knowledgeable and patient when explaining everything about the TV and all it features.

Installers were pros. They did the job quickly and efficiently.

The Geek Squad team in my area are excellant! Great customer service from knowledgeable personnel. The Geek Squad is my primary reason for being a Total member.

I had purchase a 75in tv that I picked up and mounted but wife didn’t like so we bought a different brand and had Best Buy exchange and deliver. The guys that picked up and delivered the tv. Was fast and easy. Friendly delivery personnel. Definitely would recommend getting your items at Best Buy for the convenience.

Sturdy , easy to install great features for expanding how far the TV can slide side to side.

The TV we had just purchased was defective. As disappointed as I was with the situation, the experience with the Geek Squad was fantastic. They were pleasant and helpful, offering advice for a replacement TV.
