We were moving & needed our 75 TV dismounted (we’d used Best Buy to mount). Service was on time, communication was great & individuals were professional.
We will use BB to mount two TV’s in our new home!

The Geek Squad guys were great and they worked hard to set up the receiver and new TV. They also took down the old one and put this one up. Most things were good but the receiver disconnected from the control as was predicted by the squad guys. When I called the Geek Squad help line the guy was NOT helpful and even condescending and eventually call Xfinity for help. But I am keeping the service for future needs.

The technicians were very professional, they were very well equipped with all the tools needed such as measuring tape, stud finder, a level,etc. They were experienced and did a great job. They were also very neat and wore booties. I felt very confident in their service and will hire the Geek Squad to install my TV’s again.

There was a problem with sound bar that led to another problem but Best Buy replaced the TV (which had gotten the screen scratched when we tried to get sound bar working ourselves and reconnected it without complaint! They were very responsive and fair!

Actually a quality control check and/or replacement on a Sony TV. Tech agreed something wasn't right, and had the new one up and adjusted in no time. Also took the time to explain some of the hundreds of Sony settings
