The agents were wonderful!! They mounted my new 65" tv in my bedroom and moved the old, smaller tv into my exercise room. They were super careful, cleaned up any messes and went out of their way to be extra helpful. Was so happy with everything and LOVE LOVE LOVE my new tvs!!

Great Communication on arrival time, and in mounting TV exactly the way I wanted it. They even made sure to connect the HDMI cable to the output that allowed the TV Play the flat against the wall. Really good customer service and care that the customer was happy with the product and the mount.

We were moving and now moving companies refuse to take your TV's down or box them. Therefor we called Geek Squad. We had a great tech, who removed them from the walls, boxed them for us and even labeled them. Job well done

The Crew dismounted my Older Samsung TV and Mounted the Sony TV. The added assistance in set up was the Superior service Award. They made sure the supporting cast (4K player, cable box, apple tv box and Bose Soundbar) were working well with the remote before leaving. Thanks Synergy Squad !!!!!!

The guys not only unistalled my TV and sonos bar, but they wrapped it and put it in the moving box to ensure it would be safe for my move.

The Squad did an outstanding job mounting both TVs. They had to remove a 65" and mount it in the Bedroom and also install an 85" in the dem that replaced the 65". Both locations were perfectly done right.

The “Squad” came to my house and uninstalled my tv’s in squad fashion. They worked as a unit while one drilled another grabbed drill bits out the bag as two others managed safely brining my 85” tv down off the wall.
