Geek squad exchanged my TVs quickly! Took the old one down and put the new one up hassle and damage free! Having them install is the only way to go!

The tv already already on the stand was uninstalled and the new tv was installed while uninstalling the home theater was disconnected

BestBuy came in and unmounted two TV's at one address and then remounted 3 at new address. Unfortunately I had to move TV's themselves, but helped me load them. Was able to get everything done in a single day.

I would give all 5 stars, but the agent left my tv on the floor, and left my front door wide open. He didn't seem very comfortable or communicate much during the visit. If I didn't have someone with me I wouldn't have been able to pick it up off the floor. The work was timely and efficient.
