    They changed out the TV quickly. Told me t hat banding is normal , but they'd change it out anyways. Yea the c replacement has banding issues as well.

    They’re excellent. Even installed an in wall plug in back of the tv to hide the cords and run them through the wall. Super polite and professional. And friendly!
