These guys were so helpful. I had recently moved into a new home and the wires and controllers were misplaced. However, they figured out a fix and I am very pleased.

Ismael and his partner were friendly , respectful and professional. I have been without a tv for 6 weeks , they listened and their tone was so sympathetic.

Installers very professional. Communication could be better. They were not fully aware of what the job entailed. Wanted my TV hooked into my stereo receiver in the basement & they could not do it. Old TV was taken down & put in basement & replacement was installed well.

Love how the tv extends from the wall with enough room to do anything i need to do behind the TV also i can turn it to the right of need be

Terrible! They guys were nice but they broke my tv by a careless error. I have NOT been reimbursed for anything and NO ONE has reached out to remedy the problem even though I have called numerous times. I had to but a new tv and pay for a new wall mounting at my new place, plus more to mount over the fireplace. HUGE RIPOFF!

I had all the cables ready for an in the wall installation and the guys did a great job centering the TV even tho the studs are not centered. Quick and efficient.

Geek squad is always good to have when you purchase anything expensive from bestbuy

Prior to moving, we had our 65” TV uninstalled by Best Buy - the Geek Squad agents were helpful and very quick, We are having 2 TVs mounted by Best Buy in our new home in early October (65” and 75”).

The Geek Squad did an excellent job as always. Appreciate their inside into the poducts.

The guy unmounted my tv from wall and remounted it downstairs. He also hooked up soundbar and woofer
