    This was an wall mount install of two 65” TV’s at our Church. The guys did great job kept the area clean and hauled off the boxes and explained the operation of the new TV’s Thanks!!

    The agents removed the old tv from the mount and installed the new tv on the mount and setup everything within 20 minutes

    5 Stars if Geek Squad doing, one star is subcontracted. Subcontractor was about 6 hours then the latest time Best Buy said.

    Came in and hung the tv and connected everything. It also included connections to ear phone for the hard of hearing. Pleasant and very professional.

    They had to remove this from the living room and remount it in my bedroom. No complaining on their part and were very careful about placement. They even rehung a picture for me!!!

    I would high recommend the Best Buy a Grand Forks to anyone. That's an outstanding store. Service is great staff is extremely helpful delivery was prompt expertise of the Geek Squad was outstanding.
