    We purchased a tv & 5-year protection for our daughter, it was installed by the geek squad when finished, the installer noticed a flaw in the screen so he reordered another tv. when that was done the protection plan was canceled by best buy. Geek squad brought the new tv, installed and returned the prior tv. however, when I checked to see if the warranty was put back on the new tv, it was not. I spoke with chat after approx 15 min. I was told he couldn't help me, then instructed to contact the back end dept. I'm very frustrated with this run-around.
