Service was ok but always late. Tech never arrived on time if they showed up. 2 Times no one arrived for appontment

Geek squad did a great job installing both my TV. All the cords hidden and hung in the best locations. They helped me decide where the TV looked best and listened to what I wanted.

The guys were great!!! Very respectful and always in contact and they're there when they say they're going to be.

We purchased a tv & 5-year protection for our daughter, it was installed by the geek squad when finished, the installer noticed a flaw in the screen so he reordered another tv. when that was done the protection plan was canceled by best buy. Geek squad brought the new tv, installed and returned the prior tv. however, when I checked to see if the warranty was put back on the new tv, it was not. I spoke with chat after approx 15 min. I was told he couldn't help me, then instructed to contact the back end dept. I'm very frustrated with this run-around.

After purchasing a new television, I needed my current TV to be uninstalled and removed. The geek squad was wonderful. They were quick and full of knowledge.

Removal of wall mount for 75" tv. 2 guys but one seemed to still be learning. But polite and completed quickly and arrived on time, even a little early.
