    After the TV they installed ended up with a cracked screen, the installers did everything they could to get a new TV to me that same day. BB however was unable to come through and I’ve still heard nothing from them three days later.

    This was the third time the geek squad had to come for the same topic. The T.V. (Sony) I've recently purchased, from the beginning this T.V. has had an issue. The issue was identified, and determined as abnormal then. During the most recent visit 11/15/22 the T.V. was replaced. though the same problem still exists. For the geek squad & Best Buy a discussion has to be made whether to get a different T.V. our...

    I generally install my own equipment, but given the size of the TV I had a transport issue so decided to have it delivered and installed. Good choice!
