After the TV they installed ended up with a cracked screen, the installers did everything they could to get a new TV to me that same day. BB however was unable to come through and I’ve still heard nothing from them three days later.

The issue was identified, and determined as abnormal then. During the most recent visit 11/15/22 the T.V. was replaced. though the same problem still exists. The Geek Squad removed my TV's from the mounts easily and also uninstalled all my home theater equipment as I am moving to a new home.
