    The three geek squad guys who uninstalled my tv and reinstalled a new one couldn’t have done a better job. Worth the $. 10/10

    The biggest complaint I have is that the Geek Squad Techs who gave me their cards in case I needed help, was told to call anytime, and if not available would call back, never called me back when I called; left 2 messages and even went to store to leave a message for a call back, but no one called. I ended up calling the main number and have complained about it.
