The guys came on time and did a good job. Unfortunately, it has been all down hill since then.

This is absolutely a beautiful tv and amazing picture and has all the options that one could asked for the price was a bit to high and a purchased an extended warranty because the price was a bit to high and I want to be insured

Good customer service. Rep was very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He had to make two visits due to he arrived at my home before the new TV which he was unaware of. He was very understanding and did a great job installing the TV. He made sure I understood how it works.

The technicians arrived as indicated, protected my flooring, walls, furniture etc. to remove old TV which was being exchanged. Mounted the new one with no issues and set up to play. Very nice guys, Respectful of distancing and wore masks (we all did).

The geek squad guys were incredible Raphael and his partner did an excellent job of uninstall and reinstall of the TVs they knew exactly what they were doing and they did it correctly very impressed

The installer was amazing. He assessed our problem. We had hung the 55" tv mount upside down and could not get the release cords to work. It was only minutes when he and assistant were able to get it down,

The geek squad did a great job mounting the TV and explaining how to use it; they were courteous , took their time explaining things and took with them all remaining boxes and scraps. Weeks later they came to mount my samsung q990d soundbar system and did an outstanding job.

Was there at appointment time and was prompt in the installation. Technicians were polite and setup my parents new TV with even their other streaming accounts. At the end even gave number to reach them if any additional questions they had. Thanks Best Buy.

The guys were very helpful from start to finish. Hung my TV on a stone fireplace without an issue. Very knowledgable.

Great team and excellent customer service. Very informative and helpful. Answered all my questions and adjusted everything to how I wanted it. All while enjoying their work.

Mounted my tv with ease and was very quick too. I didn't have to worry that it wasn't done right or that it wasnt secured on my wall. He made sure to double check the movement and range of motion to make sure that it was correct.
