terrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This remote is the most difficult remote to use. We had pros come in and set it up. Well, only they know how to use it. If something gets out of whack the entire system is messed up. My kids have refused to watch the tv that this controls. They prefer the simple cable remote. The batteries get used up really fast and we have had it only 6 months. I am now looking at the logitech one.
