Not worth the money paid for this product.

Was to make it easy to control multiple devices with one remote. However, this remote functions respond slowly or at times not at all. Sometimes it skips through channels or pages of the guide with a single touch. Has to be programmed by a tech through a computer at a cost. After purchase, found out that my new receiver remote can do all the things this remote is suppose to do which I can program myself.

Excellent universal remote controller

It is the best universal remote control I have ever used. I can easily operate all components of my entertainment system with ease. There are no glitches or problems that I have noticed so far. Very pleased.

Geek Squad doesn't know how to program remote

He showed up without any computer to connect the remote to. Long story short, he's gone with no changes to this remote to get it to work correctly with our devices.

Well constructed remote

Remote is expensive and more expensive to have a professional program it for you, however you will enjoy the benefits of having this remote without buyers remorse.. Only negative, expensive at the tune of $400.00.

Perfect universal remote for a fairly complex syst
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this unit to replace an earlier model from the same company that worked well, but finally wore out mechanically after eight years of use - including 7 grandkids using it! It controls a 47" flat screen an advanced Samsung Blu-ray smart player, Marantz receiver, Sony CD player and an upscale 5.1 sound system. Only downfall is that it requires programming by a tech, but he did it far better and with less aggravation than I could!

Not Backlit, didn't work well
