    Not sure if it's not set up right, but it does not turn off our cable box. Also, it is not very user friendly so sometimes I just push buttons hoping something works. I'd look for a better remote.

    The Universal remote X-7 offers you the ability to customize the remote to satisfy your preferences. Once programmed it stays programmed. The downside is, unless you are very tech savvy, this remote requires professional application.

    Buttons are not conviently arranged and hard to use in dark room unless you turn on intrrnal light. Simple things like system turn on are two step processes

    So much potential that I still haven't figured it out. Could have used a little more instruction. Don't know how to search for a program by keying in the title and have to resort to a guide search. Chris was great but a manual would have helped!

    It took almost a month to get the Geek Squid to get here to check my remote. They were only here about 10 or 15 minutes and I feel I was charged for their service.

    This remote does everything. A little complicated to get used to but the Geek squad set it up and spent a lot of time with us teaching us how it works.

    system does not function each time selections are made. you have to press your selection multiple times on occassion very annoying i upgraded from an osiris system and expected much more for the price i paid. disappointed!
