    I think for the price, it should be more user friendly with shortcuts to frequently watched stations to be easily programmed..i would not recommend it or but another

    It has a lot of glitches.. it will change channel very rapid, it will change channel on it's own. I don't like it not worth the money.. Keep a separate remote for all your devices

    Difficult to operate remote control after receiver us in power saving mode. Responds very slowly to "commands" especially when compared to the remote that comes with Direct TV. Not Happy.

    It does not work. Installation by Geek Squad was not effective in remotely controlling devices within Home theater. TV repeatedly went blank , Often remote keys did not work and device controls then worked but devices and TV or DVD signals did not work with universal remote.
