Nice remote if you need you have a system with lots of components. I would definitely recommend that you have Best Buy program it for you.

DO NOT DEPEND ON BEST BUY FOR ANY TECHNICAL SUPPORT. THEY WILL NOT HELP IF YOUR CHANNELS CHANGE OR YOU HAVE A NEW COMPONENT. THEY SELL, TAKE MONEY AND TELL YOU TO GO SCREW YOURSELF.
