This is the third version of this remote that I owned. The first two worked fine for ten years each. This version is easy to use, but has a rechargeable battery pack. I was told by the BB/Magnolia installers that it would need charging only every two or three weeks. With minimal use, it drained within hours. Best Buy/Magnolia Tech ordered a new battery pack. When installed, the remote would not charge. He ordered a new remote and now, after two months of using, I am responsible for returning the defective device and I have been informed by the manufacturer that the replacement might be a refurbished device. BB/Magnolia is doing what they can to make good, but I would never again purchase from this company.

Had it for one and a half years. The screen died. The remote never worked properly. I want back to the Harmony Ultimate cost less and does more then this garabage.
