I was shown how to use it by the guys..They couldn't be nicer about it since I am a little bit older.

This is the third version of this remote that I owned. The first two worked fine for ten years each. This version is easy to use, but has a rechargeable battery pack. I was told by the BB/Magnolia installers that it would need charging only every two or three weeks. With minimal use, it drained within hours. Best Buy/Magnolia Tech ordered a new battery pack. When installed, the remote would not charge. He ordered a new remote and now, after two months of using, I am responsible for returning the defective device and I have been informed by the manufacturer that the replacement might be a refurbished device. BB/Magnolia is doing what they can to make good, but I would never again purchase from this company.

Very expensive. Has to have professional programming due to software not available to customer. Mine was not completely setup.

I was having to use two to four remotes to utilize my tv, dvd, cd, ipod, and roku. This made using all my devices available at the click of a button.

Paying $199 to have it removed! Never worked as stated.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t, the equipment doesn’t turn on the way it should, don’t know if it was not programmed correctly by the Geek Squad installer, or it’s the remote control!!

Had it for one and a half years. The screen died. The remote never worked properly. I want back to the Harmony Ultimate cost less and does more then this garabage.
