Customers are impressed with the low price and data speeds of the 1GB/Month 3 Month 4G LTE 3-in-1 SIM Kit. Many found the data to be reliable and sufficient for their needs, praising it as a cost-effective option. However, some users reported inconsistent connectivity issues. The LTE capabilities were also noted, but overall network performance varied by location and usage.

This sim uses the at & t network. Inside my house it works better than the monthly 50-dollar plan that I have with another company. Highly recommended. To be communicated.

This is not a regular sim card, you will need to install it's own app to be able to use your phone and it will only work when connected to the internet.
Don't wast your time and money.

Its not an actual sim card. We can make calls only on 4g if we have full 4g reception.

Horrible connection. They do not own voice. It works through a separate app. Incoming calls doesn’t come most times if the app is not running in the background.

Only works on WiFi, support is a joke

Purchased this for my unlocked iPhone. Followed steps to set up, but phone remained "unregistered," meaning the service wasn't working. After emailing customer support (there is no phone number for technical support!), I had to wait days for every response. It took about a week to resolve the issue. I wasn't really using the phone much, as I had another one and was using this as a secondary phone to see if I liked the iPhone someone had given me. That being the case, I had not used it outside of the house. Once I left WiFi, the phone became "unregistered." That meant no calling out. (On a side note, for the iPhone, you can NOT use the phone's dialer. You must call using the Unreal app, meaning it won't work to call out using Siri. Since I wanted it for my car, it was not going to work.) The internet was technically working, despite being "unregistered" when not on WiFi, but it was about as slow as dialup. It took about a minute to load a simple search engine page. Most sites timed out, and it would never allow me to connect to my VPN. It was showing full bars for reception and LTE for Data, so it was not my location, and I still had over 1GB of LTE remaining on my plan. I tried contacting support again, and although it seems they have changed that to respond a bit faster, they just gave me the information for setting up the phone again, which I had already done - multiple times. On top of that, the support the second time was from a FreedomPop representative who was actually talking down to me and was rather snarky. Since I purchased at best buy, they said a refund was out of the question and best buy won't accept returns on opened SIM cards. So, basically, I paid for 3 months of being able to use unreal on my wifi at home, rendering it utterly useless. Skype, FaceTime, or a number of other apps would be better options for calling out on WiFi, and if you're already on WiFi, you obviously don't need another internet plan. It's an absolute rip-off. Do NOT purchase.

Best value in USA for low data users

This is the best priced service for Talk+Text+Data I was able to find in the USA. It is the most suitable for people who are not large data users or if you want to limit the data usage. I bought two lines both with 1GB of data, one for my 13 years old son since I do not want him to be constantly browsing Internet and one for my wife who is not very good with technology and 1GB of data is plenty for her. For users that need more data I think there are better plans available from other providers. Also be aware that tethering is not available and the unlimited texting is actually capped at 5,000 texts / month (my teenage son actually got there).

Great service for low price

I've used the service for almost two months now. I've come from Cricket, so I knew what the coverage would be. The data is faster than Cricket was. The only concern, is the app does periodically force close, and you can't share directly to the messaging side of the app. Calls are clear and texts are delivered fast. I've contacted customer service twice since having the service and the turn around time has been around 12 hours or so using the online support form. In both instances, the issues were quickly resolved. Having paid $30 with Cricket for 1 GB of high speed data down to $10 is great. I'm using an Android phone, so I can't speak to how it works on an iPhone.

Worst MVNO by far

As others have noted poor customer service and miserable connectivity. You must install the Unreal app to get the service to work. That is because it prioritizes WiFi to make and receive calls. Also, texts. Slow and unreliable. To summarize in one word: Unreal.
You get what you pay for. Or in this case, much less.

I have 3 Unreal accounts...2 BYOP and one SIM card. Great service a fair prices for unlimited data. No way to ever just run out of data. Pay for the high speed you need....if it runs out you drop to low 2G speed data but you will never be cut off. Data rolls over too for up to 20 GB. All for as little as $10 a month for 1GB!!! How can you possibly go wrong? Need more high speed? Just hope go for a higher plan. Very fair and I have always gotten excellent customer service on the rare occasion 8 have s problem.
