Bought Until Dawn: Rush of Blood along with Sony's VR kit. The controls are very intuitive, and the visual experience is amazing. Things start off fairly tamely in a spooky carnival type atmosphere and with each stage you descend into a darker and more disturbing realm similar to Silent Hill's alter universe. Some moments are disturbing and many occasions of surprise screams. It was too much for my wife to play, but she will spectate.

The game is great. You're seated on a roller coaster so aside from turning your head and shooting with your hands, you don't need to worry much about how to move while playing. The game goes through a list of fears throughout the levels from clowns to spiders to zombies. Expect to be frightened

This is one VR game where you actually feel like you are in the game and riding the roller coaster. Not for the weak at heart.

This game is only for PSVR and is a lot of fun. I've had no motion sickness from this one like others. This game is actually pretty scary, guys will be running at you from all angles!! if you have a PSVR and want a fun game to play, grab this one, especially if you can get it on a deal.

First Person Shooter Horror Roller Coaster Game

I picked up this game after trying the demo that came with the PSVR. The game as a whole provides a classic carnival style shooting range with the twisted horror from the Until Dawn game. Though not needed to play the game, having played Until Dawn you will recognize certain locations and scenes are familiar. Since the game is literally on rails the whole time, the movement is not as disorienting as some other games, but if you get ill on roller coasters, some parts will get you there. Using the Move controllers makes this game feel even more immersive as you start unloading shotgun rounds in everything that jumps out at you, and there are plenty of jump scares. With collectible items, a secret item, some variations in path and setting high scores there is some replay value. However, the most fun is getting an unsuspecting friend to play for the first time. This is a first person shooter horror roller coaster game, FPSHRCG, can I make that an acronym? Well worth having for the PSVR.

For an early PSVR game, Until Dawn: Rush of Blood still holds up really well! Yes it’s technically an “on rails shooter” but they managed to pull it off in a way that works perfectly for VR. While being forced to sit on roller coaster and shoot things doesn’t sound very scary, being fully immersed in VR makes it scary. There are some moments that are absolutely terrifying! Everything feels good and it wasn’t more than a few times that I had to recalibrate my position. My biggest issue with the game is that the later levels get a little too gamey. They have you sitting there shooting at a boss for too long and it tends to get a little boring compared to the fast paced gameplay from previous levels. Overall I really enjoyed this game! It is a good first VR experience game because the gameplay is simple but really fun. I would recommend this even if you don’t enjoy horror games. I hope to see some sort of sequel in the future as it is one of my top PSVR games! 4 out of 5 stars

The game is fun if not mostly mindless. Reminds me of playing lightgun shooters in the arcades. The only issue I have is sometimes I feel a little motion sick because you are traveling around inside a rollercoaster cart and when it does big drops or fast corners it feels weird but otherwise it's a good game for the PSVR.

If you are looking for a quick bit of fun for your VR, this should be considered. First off, there are some roller coaster type stomach feelings that occur while playing. For me, that's great, one of the reasons I like VR. If you don't like that, skip it. As for the game, this is a rail based shooter played with the move controllers. Both hands hold a weapon. Other than that, no user input is needed. It's creepy with some jump scares and mildly intense moments as you are getting rushed by enemies. The time of the game is dark, but doesn't take itself too seriously. Think mental house carnival ride and you'll have an idea. Motion tracking for your aiming is done well here and no real struggles with the camera exist. It's really just a fun and mindless shooter to get into for awhile. Lengthier than a tech demo, but not too long. The idea here is to go back and replay as you learn where special and hidden items are in each track. I ended up scoring this on sale for $8 after gamers club discount and it's a steal for the amount of fun you get for that price.

until dawn rush of blood is not like the regular game where you chose your actiions. it is a roller coast shooter. get the move controllers for game play instead of the dualshock 4 as the move controllers are more accurate. scary pop up moments from time to time. the harder modes are not as easy as you think

After playing the original Until Dawn, hearing about an on-rails shooter within the same universe - I was very disappointed. But with all things VR, you must experience it first before you judge it. I get motion sick easily, but this game, for an odd reason, doesn't get me motion sick. BUY. $20 - a steal.

Until Dawn Rush of Blood offers some cheap thrills at just $20. The game takes about 2 hours to plug through and echoes some of the old Midway arcade shooters like CarnEvil and Area 51. It's a solid use of VR and is a fun lightgun game. Decent!

Really creepy, engaging and lots of jump scares. However, I did get motion sickness during the fast coaster scenes. Definitely fun to play just for the suspense of whats going to pop out next. If you get VR this is a must purchase!
