I bought a new iPad and wanted something that would protect it. This cover not only protects my iPad it is a great stand also. I highly recommend it.

I chose this case for my ipad after trying out others as it offers good protection and offers easy access to the ipad. The tactile feel to the cover also offers good grip.

Great protection and very functional. My son loves the stand alone ability. Only thing I’m not a fan of is the head phone port is somewhat inaccessible when case is on.

The UAG iPad cover fits perfectly, and the magnetic tab closure works well. The cover has a solid feel that should offer a good measure of protection in the event that the iPad gets dropped, which is my main concern. The cover has thick, reinforced corners, where damage is likely. The only trouble I have is trying to tilt the iPad up to work conveniently. The stand up aspect of this cover does not grip tightly, and the tablet falls down to a flat, horizontal position.

The case fits great. The iPad feels secure in the case. You can sit your movie up you are watching in it. You can just lay it flat. The screen covers the screen securely. It feels great in your hand. It looks like you spent a lot on it.

A little context to begin. For my son's birthday, last year, I bought him the new(at the time the newest) iPad. My son was turning 10 years old and is not the most sure handed of folks, so a sturdy case was going to be needed, and I didn't have much time to research or purchase online. I chose this case for 2 reasons; 1. The price point, and 2. Urban Armor has been a solid buy in the past. My primary concerns were durability and protection. Almost a year later, and there isn't a scratch on the iPad and my son loves the case. For me personally, if the case was a little more functional as a stand, that would be nice, but that would be my only knock on it. I Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable yet sturdy case. My other child has an iPad Pro with an Urban Armor case as well, so this is becoming my go to case provider.
