The case is durable and protective, but it's hard to open with locking style. Great for field level protection.

The UAG case is unique because it is always attached to the PC, like a phone case. No need for an additional sleeve type case as it seems to be very rugged. However, that same rugged feature makes it a bit difficult to open the PC and requires some nerve wracking wiggling to get the laptop completely open- I worry about the laptop hinge. Also the clear plastic becomes quickly covered with finger prints which spoils the overall "slick look" of the UAG case.

Serves its purpose. When it's closed all the way it is kinda hard to open. Besides that's it works great..

I walked in with intentions on buying a less durable case, but after talking to the salesman and considering my history with breaking electronic devices, I chose to get this case. Although the other cases are cute, I would still have to purchase a carrying case. With this case, I can use all of my cute book bags.

I have purchased many cases prior to purchasing this one. Within one year I went through about 4 cases. I have purchased this case back in 2016 and still using it. It is very sturdy and will give you extra relief when it falls or hits something by accident.

I have two small children. They've knocked my MacBook off the table twice. No damage. They can't open it either once it's shut. You get used to opening it. Takes two hands. Worth it though.

This cover is very durable and feels like quality time and effort were taken to design this product. If I had the money for another MacBook Pro I'd be purchasing UAG again.
