It is doing its basic job so far, but man is it loud. There's the general shhhhhhhh sound of the belt, but also various creaks and squeaks with stepping (and I'm only 130 lbs). I find that I have to listen to my music or podcast in headphones because even turning a speaker up loud, the nearer noise of this thing makes it hard to listen. I wish it would remember the speed it was at when resuming after a pause. It also gets quite warm pretty fast, so will feel hot underfoot if one uses it barefoot or in socks. It also smells once it gets warm, so folks with scent sensitivities might want to try something else.
