100% worth it! I I lost the original adapter that was included with my 1st generation Apple Pencil, so I was having to charge the pencil with my iPad. When I finally decided to buy an adapter, I chose this one because I was able to pick it up in store rather than having to wait for one to be shipped from other online stores. Not to mention I didn't have to pay extra for shipping!

Does exactly what it is meant to do... just really small... and sometimes inconvenient bc the 1st gen pen won't connect to your ipad if you have one with a usb-c charger.... so if you forget/lose it, then you're kinda out of luck. Also, I've only used it twice: once when I first connected my pen, and then a second time when my pen randomly disconnected. So, I guess it's nice that it was only like 9 dollars, but it's kind of annoying when you spend so much on the ipad and the pencil and now you have to buy this adapter you hardly use. However, that's not reflective of the quality because it does do exactly what it advertises.

Not bad for the price, works good, saved money didn’t buy new pen

It worked well for connecting my iPad 10 to my Apple Pencil 1st gen from my iPad 6, though it definitely feels like it shouldn't work, and it definitely doesn't feel like something Apple would make. Related but not exactly on topic - I'm not really happy with the Apple Pencil offerings these days; it's too complicated. Just offer a basic pencil and a pro pencil - we don't need the pro pencil, the 2 pencil, the 1 pencil, and the USB pencil.

I lost the one that came with my pencil, very happy to find this in store. Works great.

Wanted to use a Gen1 Apple pencil with a newly purchased Gen10 Ipad with USBC connector. The first one I purchased did not work because I didn't notice one end was crimped so I returned it. The second works perfectly and I have had no problems at all with it.
