I bought this for my son. When I went to his epic games account to redeem the code, it said the code was invalid. Great! Waste of money... I am now on old with Best Buy to see if maybe they never activated the card when I did online order pickup. Very upset at the moment! It was supposed to be a Christmas stocking present but switched to an at-home remote learning reward instead. Glad I did so maybe I have a chance of getting it rectified.

Does not work on Nintendo switch! So frustrating. They should tell you before you buy.

We bought these cards and it’s been week now and it has not been activated. This was a gift and it’s super embarrassing for someone to reach out to you saying the gift card is not working. I have reached out to Best Buy 3 times and they are yet to resolve the issue.

Was a pain to set up for xbox, next time ill just buy an xbox gift card.

the process of redeeming this card sucks.i got it for grandson you have to jump through to many hoops if you don't have membership to certain sites and know what the he!! your doing in these places.i am not a super tech when it comes to getting around on pc but i can figure stuff out.i have 2 cards and one will be trash and the other will be taken back.this card was bought for switch. don't buy it.

Paying money on a free game isn’t what I like to do but my kid likes the skins. Price is the same as anywhere

Not a big fan of " Free to Play" games. I honesty think they should give more "V-Bucks" to the Dollar amount.

Card is not working. It must not be activated! Returning it to the store.

Should of just buy through the fortnight game. Pain to use. Upset my child.

Bought two and they were never actived money down the drain

I purchase this item for my son's birthday and when we tried to active it, the code gave us error stating "This code has not been activated. Please see your retailer." Called to have them rectify the issue and they are of no help online.

My kid spent this in 10 minutes . Very upset . I heard the battle passes are the way to go

Terrible! Bought this card for my grandson Xmas gift. It did not work and it was not used. Went to best buy they said nothing they can do contact the company on card. They don't have a phone number only email. Emailed them several times no response. 20.00 down the drain! Not fair not right!

I purchased the card online, the address was incorrect, I called to correct the address. The card had already been redeemed by someone else. I was on hold for a very long time, then they wanted me to call another number because it was purchased made on-line. I don't have that much patience.

I bought two of these for my boys and one we were not able to redeem and no one having affiliation with the card knew how to fix the problem. Si currently I am out of my money and my kid did not get to enjoy his gift because it did not work. Highly disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone.

This is a pain in the neck to load to your gaming system. Good luck with their tech support which constantly sends emails to resolve. Will never purchase this card again! Best to buy a gift card for your console and just buy vbucks this way. Save yourself a lot of wasted time.

I won’t be buying actual gift cards anymore. There was an issue with the code and I lost out because there’s nothing they can do. Digital codes are more reliable in my experience.

Had a few weeks worth of a battle with Epic Games trying to explain to them that my redemption didn't work. Not sure if this has anything at all to do with Best Buy but I still would never purchase a physical card again because of it.

I purchased this card and it does not work. I called Corporate and they instructed the gratiot store to return my money however the manager could not do it. So I’m stuck with a card that does not work and my son Christmas was ruined.
