I remember watching this movie a while ago and not really thinking anything of it. After viewing it again I have to say it really is a fantastic movie. The cinematography and storyline are very great. It makes you think instead of just vegging out in front of the TV. The movie is very thought provoking and the ideals aren't always black and white. the audience will ask themselves is this guy really a hero? or is he a villian? Overall it was a fantastic movie, a must watch.

I am into the comic book movies, so I had to get this one. For others like me, you will enjoy. My wife, who is not as into those movies just cause they are comic book movies, this was not one of her favorites.

I didn't know if the Wachowski brothers ,now siblings, were going to be able to beat their big movie The Matrix? They may not have beaten it but this movie V for Vendetta comes awfully close. I thought it was outstanding, all throughout. The beautiful cinematography and a plot line that never let up, I personally loved it . I would recommend this movie for all who would want to witness what can happen if you let certain entities left unchecked.

This film seems vastly more relevant to me right now than it did when I first saw it (not long after it was released). Definitely stands the test of time - the acting and production values are excellent. It's a very compelling view of a dystopian future that seems disturbingly possible, especially right now. Inspirational in it's own way, but also a terrifying punch to the gut.

I don’t even know where to begin with this movie. It’s truly one of the best movies ever made hands down. While it came out about 16 years ago, it’s one going down on the books. If you’ve ever ready 1984, it’s the same concept. Great movie. A little bloody some scenes but not too gorey.

I bought this movie because it has great rewatch value. V is a vivid character with a very specific personality that has a certain theatricality and poetry to it. The story is compelling, and every actor plays his or her part with an inspiring conviction. The Wachowski's have great cinematic vision, and this is one of many of their movies that can be enjoyed time and time again.

Great movie, and certainly timely given the events going on in the world. Happy to add this to my collection for a reasonable price. Streaming is hard pressed to compete with the quality of high bit rate physical discs.

Finally upgraded from my original release DVD, and it looks STUNNING. The movie is fantastic, that's a given, but it looks soooo much better in HD. The steelbook artwork is amazing as well. Highly recommend this unconventional comic book movie.

One of the best movies ever made from a comic book. Up there with any DC or Marvel movie. Creepy that the movie was done years ago and sounds like the politics of this current election cycle especially the fear mongering from the right. A must see for those that think fear mongering solely for reelection purposes is not real.

Now this was an emotionally driven action packed awesome movie! Its a DC Comics character, hardly known. But this movie has engrained the character forever in our minds! Great performances all around and excellently executed script!!!!

This movie is just great!! Yeah there are parts that are a little slower but still the acting in this movie is just so fantastic. Also the plot is a political kind of thing, which I actually am not always a fan of but this movie is just so interesting!! Im going to be reading the graphic novel that this movie is based on because wow!!!!

People shouldn't be afraid of their government. Governments should be afraid of their people. WHAT A FILM. Still holds up, a great adaption of the comic. Love this movie. Great looking 4K Scan and nice box art for the steelbook.

As much as I enjoyed this movie when it was released, watching it now in 2018 is just as interesting. Topics of government censorship, over-reach, and the lack of response to the people are all timely and relevant. Natalie Portmann does a lovely job, as do the rest of the cast.

It's been too long since I first saw this movie and I have yet to rewatch it a la this Blu-ray, but I do recall enjoying it.

This movie has become a classic and always worth a watch. Hits a little close to home with some of the backstory, but makes the story more compelling. The steelbook is beautiful and will fit great in a collector's collection.

Great movie, great price. Incredible how relevant this movie is to the U.S. today. Once I saw this again, I had to buy the graphic novel. Movie looked great on blu-ray!

of course I have this movie already, as I bought this on the high after seeing the matrix. Its a quirky kinda movie, its an acquired taste for the story. But I thought this for the steelbook and 4k aspect. I'm a collector

I wrote V for Victorious 'cause I love to invest in a great buy, especially at a nice price and this film was worth the price, though, I would've paid $19.99 or more to add this to my Collection. So, I did feel Victorious when I found this at BB. It brought my search for this film to an end.

Reference 4k Movie. Beware of the Atmos Volume, movie is LOUD. But very clear sounding, Popcorn Worthy. This is what 4k and Atmos is all about. Get it, Watch it, Own it, Feel it.. U will be Impressed......

I never read the comic, but this was a well done film on it's own merits. good action, interesting alternate future scenarios. The only real flaw is the depiction of the real life historical figure of Guy Fawkes...I will assume this alternate future also has an alternate past, because Guy Fawkes was not a brilliant hero fighting for freedom against an oppressive state instead of a radical religious terrorist.
