This is the 3rd vhs movie. It's pretty good so far.

I cant understand all the hate for this movie yeah it wasnt the greatest installment but it had its moments. A lot of the segments were really good, my favorite was withe skater kids and the undead. if you are a fan of the first two you need to give this one a chance.

After I watched the first V/H/S, I was looking around the room at my friends to see their reactions. It was unanimous! We were dumbfounded and unsure of what we all saw. The second one was good too but this one pretty much was just Blah.

Lots of potential but falls short of the first 2 films. Interesting set-ups for the segments, but they do not end well. Bonus film not originally shown is too artsy and makes no sense. For completists only.

This movie is a great addition to the VHS franchise, all slightly different with different strengths but all very good.

B movie horror at its best. Some of these upcoming film makers are doing things we've never seen before. This is one of those films.

This trilogy is the best. These movies are true cult greats. The twist are bringing life back to horror.

After watching the second movie of this trilogy, you would hope for the movies to get better as they progress. This was not the case. This movie was disappointing from opening credits to closing credits. If they make a fourth to this series, there is serious room for improvement.

They just tried to hard. The grit is gone. Only 3 scenes plus a very confusing center plot. Wish they would have stuck with what got them to the game....

I wasted my money again on another bad horror movie. I wanted more and this was not what I wanted. I feel cheated!

As a horror film fanatic, I'm used to seeing some of the weirdest things on the screen. When I discovered the first V/H/S film in 2012, the level of weirdness was taken to a new level. The following year, V/H/S/2 bumped it up even higher. Then I found out about V/H/S Viral last year. It seems to me that this one was just thrown together in less than a few months just to release another entry and gain more money. The entire film differs greatly from the previous two that it's hard to classify this as an appropriate sequel. The film has a weak main segment that really adds nothing new to the series, so you can skip "Vicious Circles". For the first story, "Dante the Great" is at least enjoyable to watch for the story. The greatest flaw with this segment is that a fair amount of it is not in a found-footage perspective. Following Dante is "Parallel Monsters". This segment is somewhat forgettable due to the wackiness of the story and "scares". If you want to skip it, you won't be missing anything. Next comes "Bonestorm". This one tries to be the "Safe Haven" of the 3rd entry, but it ultimately fails in being scary. However, it is still a fun segment to watch for the thrill. Finally, there was one last segment that was not included until it was released on Bluray, "Gorgeous Vortex". After watching it, I can easily understand why it was cut. Not only is it completely off the wall, but it doesn't feel like a V/H/S segment at all. Overall, this film is a mess. There's no rhyme or reason to it and V/H/S fans are going to feel disappointed with it. If you're a horror movie fan or have at least seen the first two, check it out but be prepared to have it be a let down. Let's just hope that when and if they make a 4th film they can save the series from spiralling out of control.
