Best Buy, works with a third party. It got her 6 days late and only four chairs after 2 days and countless hours with Best Buy India support they couldn't send us a chair take anything off price or help in anyway other than offer to take back all four chairs and than reship the set of 5 o now we have to have more people in and out of the house take out everything waste more time and it will be over a month by the time we get our things. This is for a residential substance abuse treatment center and we are so disheartened by our experience at Best Buy. I don't think we will ever shop with them again. Not even offering to help make things right for all our time and loss in this
