    Could not activate cards . Chatted with customer service and I was told to bring them to the nearest store. Drove 17 miles in one direction for the nearest store only to be alternated like I was lying and already redeemed the codes. I didn't. On the way to the store I received a confirmation of delivery via text from Best buy sayi g the items were delivered. Mind you this was about an hour after recieivng the cards via Fed Ex. We tried activating again in the store to show them they weren't used codes already. Sure enough the code worked once we were there in person. I'm going to bet the card has to have been confirmed as recieved by best buy before they are actually activated. I believe had we waited for a best buy confirmation via text we could have saved a trip. We weren't told that during chat or In Store. The manager was rude and said "why did they send you here? I can't do anything about the card not working". Terrible customer service in store as I'm holding $80 in Steam cards that wouldn't activate..at least for over an hour ..
