    I ordered four of these (the max allowed) to give my son for Christmas. I received three. I checked, and my bank card was debited for four. They were shipped in a sturdy box inside of another box, so the shipper couldn't have been responsible for losing the fourth card. After a lot of hold time on the phone, I was connected to a Best Buy representative who apologized profusely and set up a new order for the fourth card, billed for $0.00. I received a confirmation email later that day. Then I waited. And waited some more. A week before the holiday, I learned (by searching Order Status on their website) that Best Buy cancelled the replacement card order, no reason given. In addition to the money I lost, I've already wasted a couple of hours on this, so I give up. My advice is don't buy gift cards from Best Buy. BTW, I found Steam cards at a nearby Vons grocery store, no limit on the amount you can buy.

    This is a great card to use wish they had a blank card and you could put any dollar amount you would like on the Steam card,, You have to buy it in $20.00 or $50.00 or $100.00 cards.
