Sign up for Best Buy's rewards program and wait for a a nice big Steam sale, like the 2014 Winter Sale that is going on as I write this review. You'll earn rewards points for buying discounted Steam stuff this way. Bonus if you have some sort of rewards credit card too! Also, these cards come in handy for those who don't have credit cards or aren't ready for them, like kids and high schoolers. This is also ideal for your gaming buddies if you're out of gift ideas.

Great Way to Purcahse Steam Games

This makes it easier to just redeem what you need to purchase steam games and other DLC. The best part is, if you don’t use all the credits, you can use them for a later date during a steam sale.
