I'm about 2 weeks into owning this replacement, and I can confidently say that I'll never be purchasing another Vanity Planet product again. The first one stopped charging after about 2 months. This one uses disposable AA batteries instead of a rechargeable system, which is an absolute waste. This thing burns through batteries so quickly, and does not have nearly enough power after about 1 week of use. It is very hard to tell the difference between the exfoliant brush and the standard use brush.
