The vanity Planet stainless steel roller gets 5 stars in my book! It definitely holds the cold longer than any product I have used. What gets 3 stars is the ungodly squeaking it makes from the plastic handle. If you are a migraine sufferer- you know that this will not be pleasant. But the soothing coldness you get is far superior than my other Jade roller or any mask I have. What I really like is you can put it down and come back to it in 10-15 minutes and it’s still ice cold. This is a great product for the price. It would be perfect if it didn’t squeak!

The Vanity Planet Face & Body Ice Roller is well worth the money spent to buy it. Instructions call for removing the roller and leaving it overnight in the freezer before first using it. It really chills down and would hurt if you left it in one spot. Rolling it over your face, eyes and body is invigorating and can reduce the swelling of puffy eyes, reduce body soreness and swelling of injuries, and close pores before applying makeup. This device can be used by boith men and women and is very effective at what it does. The ice roller is mostly plastic and does tend to squeek sometimes when using it. Nicely priced for a great device!

I never used an ice roller before so I was looking forward to trying the Vanity Planet Face & Body Ice Roller. This is one of those products that most of the review is it either does what it says or it does not. For the most, it does. It does get nice and cold and does retain the cold for decent amount of time. However, the cold does not last anywhere near the claimed “up to 2 hours.” That seems like marketing hype. I used this for over a week, and it did perform well and would never need it to be cold for two hours. The roller is light weight and middle of road in quality. It is mostly plastic with the exception of the metal around the roller. I would have preferred the metal to go all around the edges of the roller, it would have made it more effective under the eyes. The Vanity Planet - Face & Body Ice Roller does have one major annoyance – it makes a loud screeching sound as you use it. It did not do it at first but now does it every time I use it. Extremely annoying and makes me question how long it will last. Regardless, I would still recommend it for the low cost and overall effectiveness.

This is a simple device that consists of a removable stainless steel roller attached to a handle. You place the roller piece in the freezer for at least 4 hours and then it is ready to reattach to the handle and use. I found that it does offer temporary relief of skin irritations and sore muscles. It even offers a soothing follow up after shaving. The other day I had a pretty bad headache and rolled across my forehead for a while. I really did help the headache go away. There are a couple of nuisance items to mention. The wheel squeaks a bit when rolling and the handle feels a bit fragile, but the roller seems very solid and does stay cold for quite some time. Overall it seems like a nice product to have around the house when a little cooling therapy is in order.

The face and body ice roller is what you definitely need in your skincare routine. This lightweight tool definitely smoothes and sculpts your definite features! After allowing it to be in the freezer to collect the cold, you are able to easily roll it on your face or even your body to make certain places more define. I definitely feel like it’s a staple to your routine! as the box suggests it reduces swelling, soothes irritation as well asminimizes pores! Even if you don’t feel the difference it’s definitely there!

It’s a pretty simple device but how I used this the most and thought it was awesome was rolling out my wrist.  My wrist has been bothering me lately and using this as a cold massager works awesome for a little relief. I think the main issue that I have is that it is a little difficult to pop the head off to put in the freezer.  Also, it lasts about an hour before it is no longer as cold as I like it to be.  It is still cold just not as cold.  Other than that, it is solid enough that I don’t feel like I’m going to break it with too much pressure and it works great for me.

This roller was for my wife. Per her request, I tried it as well. Both of us thought it felt great when used, but it lost most of its chill within 10 minutes of use. This is after 24 hours in the freezer. It is light enough to use daily, if desired, so holding it to your face/body isn’t taxing at all. In order to freeze the roller, you will need to separate the metallic roller from the handle. My wife could not separate the two, which is where I had to provide assistance. Putting the roller back on the handle was a breeze, however. Honestly, it is hard to say how well this roller performs when the chill dissipates so quickly. As such, I’m going to have to give this product 2 stars.

It's a bit awkward to have to put the head of this in the freezer. Who has a freezer next to where you'd typically use something like this? Additionally, it's very squeaky as you're using it. Overall, seems cheap and just isn't very convenient
