I love this mirror!! Highly recommend! I’m so happy with my purchase

My wife loves her accessories and the review below is from her. This is a great travel mirror, it’s not super compact and hard to see in, and it’s larger and has built in lighting that frames the mirror. You can also adjust the LED brightness setting by just holding the power button down till the light either dims or brightens to your liking. I was impressed that the lighting has three color settings, warm, cool and natural “combo of the two”. There aren’t any batteries to replace you just plug in the included micro USB cable into your phone charger “power supply not included”, and charge it up. The flip cover is sturdy and doubles as a stand which holds it in just about the right position while you are seated at a table it’s angled right at your face. Love this mirror, I take it to work and keep in my locker. It’s too large to put in my purse and carry around, “about the size of a 5x7” picture frame. So if you use a mirror as much as I do then you’ll really appreciate having this one in your collection.

This is one of those things that you probably don’t need but it is very nice to have it! Comes with a little guide,and the instructions are very easy to follow. Love the 3 colors light settings (white, yellow, and blue), and the fact that doesn’t use batteries, but charges with usb. It is very lightweight, portable, rechargeable, and super convenient! This little mirror is perfect for skin care or makeup anytime and anywhere!

I have mixed feelings about this lighted mirror. Positives: - it is lightweight - easy to use - 3 light settings, although exactly what kind of lights is not identified Negatives: - no magnification and the lighting is weak, so you have to get right up into the mirror. - quality seems suspect, so may not last very long Neutral - about the size of an iPad. Can an iPad’s camera turned around be enough for you? Do you really need to carry around another device to keep charged? I can think of situations where this can be useful such as in a hotel room where the bathroom lighting is typically poor. Or perhaps when you are doing a lot of virtual conferencing and need a close look at what the camera is showing. A useful device - I’m not sure it is a necessary one.

After the first use, the light never got as bright even after full charge.

These are great makeup mirrors loved by all of the people in our family who use them. But they don't last long. About a year.

The Vanity Planet - LED Mini Travel Mirror that I ordered arrived today. In a nutshell — this was a big disappointment to my wife. CONS — — There doesn’t seem to be any magnification, which she expects in a vanity mirror — it’s just a lit mirror. — Regarding the lighting, it’s nice to have, but due to the relatively compact size of this thing, the lighting is too intense straight on. Not really anything that can be done about this. Just don’t expect that nice ambient lighting that a larger vanity mirror provides. There are 3 levels of light, one which is more of a yellow hue, but there doesn’t seem to be much of a change in intensity. — You will most likely have to prop this up in someway when sitting at a table or vanity. Otherwise you’ll have a good view of your chest. The hinge is too forgiving, nor will it fold back far enough to see your face. Like I said, prop up the front of this with a towel or something and you’ll be fine. If it had a more rigid hinge AND could be folded back further, she might have gotten past the lighting issue…who knows. PROS — — It is compact and easy to travel with; about the size of my Kindle. — It’s rechargeable. That’s handy when traveling. In a pinch, maybe when camping (make-up…camping?), this might be fine. It just isn’t something that I would recommend.

The Vanity Planet mirror is a great essential for travel or day to day needs on the go. The physical dimensions of the mirror can be found below. The mirror comes in very simple packaging and includes a USB to Micro USB cable and user guide. I do wish it was USB Type C as we are heading that direction. It features 3 LED Colors of Cool White, Warm White, and more of a Natural White Light (Mixes the two). The controls are very simple (Controlled by a single touch button) and explained in the user guide. The LED’s can be dimmed very low or can get pretty bright. I am happy with the range of light output for a budget mirror like this. The Micro USB port has a small LED indicator on the back to tell if it is full charged (Green) or charging (Red). My biggest complaint about the mirror is the fact it does not tilt back as far as I would like. It seems to come up just short of even a 45-degree angle so I wish it would go back just a little further when open. Overall, a good, small travel mirror with built in cover and lighting. Dimensions (LxWxH): Outside Closed: 7.5” x 5.25” x .5” Mirror Itself: 6.25” x 4.25”

The Vanity Planet - LED Mini Travel Mirror, is exactly what I expected. It is thin, light weight, and surrounded by bright LED lights. There are three different light settings, full power day light balanced, mid power soft yellow, and slightly dimmer daylight balanced. It works well to illuminate your face for make up application or for grooming your eye brows. Rechargeable batteries are a plus, no searching for replacements. Nothing fancy, but a nice useful travel mirror.

I travel frequently for work, and this little mirror is perfect t to throw in my carry on. Lighting in hotel rooms is universally bad, but the three light settings on the travel mirror makes it easy to apply skin care and make up using the bright setting, then cheek it with the warm and cool settings to make sure it looks good in multiple settings. I've used it several times over the past week and the battery is still going strong on the original charge. I'm very pleased with this product.

This is something that one can live without in this age of smartphone apps and high resolution cameras on your phone. But the green room effect with the lightings is quite interesting. My wife liked the design and the performance. You can set the light in three different hues and you control the intensity as well. However, at this day and age, a micro-USB charging option should not be well received. I hope the manufacturer switches to USB-C in the next generation of this product. It is way more robust and with most cell phones nowadays using USB-C, you can just use the phone cable to charge this mobile novelty item instead of having to pack another cable that will have very little use in your daily life.

Love this mirror! I am super impressed with how small and compact it is and how much light it gives off. It is brighter and better than the one I had been using. Highly recommend it. Great price too.

The mirror is small and nice. The three different light setting is also nice. Taking one star off is because you can't adjust the mirror and it needs to be propped up. Overall, it's nice.

Well constructed, something like this should be in everyone's toiletry bag. Hotel bathroom lighting can be hit or miss, this mirror is large enough and bright enough to compensate, whether for shaving or applying make-up. A definite winner.

Vanity Planet - LED Mini Travel Mirror - White The travel mirror lid opens and rotates to allow the lid to be the adjustable stand for the mirror. It is lighted having 3 types of lights - bright, warm & cool - that you activate by the touch button in the lower part of the mirror. If you hold-touch the button the light type you're using will brighten or dim as you prefer. If you simply short-touch the button, it will go to the next light type. Finally, another short-touch will turn the lights off. It comes with a type A USB cable so you may plug it into a computer or a 5V power supply you may have to charge the mirror, but it does not come with its own charger . The battery is built-in. We purposefully left the mirror lights on for over 4 hours straight and the battery was still providing power. I didn't leave the lights on until the charge expired, so I'm not sure how long it will power the lights if left on continually. The outer surface is a lighter gray plastic, and it hasn't been used enough to know how well the exterior will clean up over time. The mirror does not have a magnification feature. The LED Travel Mirror is slim and easy to use and pack. Its approximate size is 5"x7.5"x0.5". One proviso is that the mirror doesn't fold back on its base all the way. My wife, who wears glasses, found that, after setting the mirror on the table and moving the mirror to its farthest back angle on its base, she had to move back from the mirror too far (without her glasses) to see her face completely in the mirror. She ended up having to elevate the base on something to raise the mirror up to see her face closeup without stooping down in the process. If the mirror portion folded back further on its base, this would correct this issue. One item that would be nice to be included with the travel mirror would be a simple open-end cloth sleeve where the mirror could slide into for additional protection when traveling. All in all, for the money, this is a versatile and useful travel mirror.

I was excited to get this because once my family and I traveled to Italy and stayed in an apartment that had one mirror in the entire place. That mirror was in the bathroom, so it was somewhat limiting to use it. Next time I travel anywhere, I'm taking my own mirror with me! I always bring a small 10X magnifying mirror with me, so when I looked at this mirror I realized that I actually need that and can't really see in this regular mirror, unless I don't have my contact lenses in, which in reality, is never going to happen. This will be used for overall viewing and making sure my makeup looks normal after application. This one is really good, it's compact, flat, and has its own stand which is the cover. The dimensions of the usable mirror space are 4 1/4" x 6 1/4", and the overall thickness of the unit is 5/8". It would be compact and sturdy enough to put into a carry-on suitcase, with appropriate padding of course. It's easy to charge with the included micro USB cable on the back side. I always have one of those in my cord case when I travel. The lighting is nice as you get cool or warm lighting at the touch of a button.

The mirror is excellent and compact, just what I need when travelling. I like the different light settings, and how you can control the brightness. Worth the purchase!

The Vanity Planet mini LED travel mirror is one of those travel essentials that you didn't know you needed until you have it. I have struggled to find something I felt would not break in my checked luggage or that would fit in my carry on. This mirror can do both! The mirror is approximate 8" by 6" and weighs less than a pound. It comes with a user guide, USB charging cable, and a built in cover/stand. The cover is nice in that it reduces scratching to the mirror, and then will flip open from a hinge on the bottom and fold back to be the stand for the mirror. The mirror has LED lighting around the full edge of the mirror. Tap the circle once to turn on, hold to increase/decrease LED brightness, tap again to change from bright white light to warm white light, tap a third time to turn off. This will operate without being plugged in, just make sure its fully charged. Charging is through the USB-B cable to a port in the back, which has a red battery charging indicator light. Overall a very handy, throw in your bag mirror that doesn't take up a ton of space.
