Every time I try to watch Netflix or any other streaming app the screen goes completely black and glitches. The projector only continues to play the sound but not the movie itself. I tried to return it but Best Buy told me I couldn’t. Waste of time and money
We really appreciate your feedback to make this item better. I would like to present our deepest apologies for all the inconvenience. Since most content on these streaming services, such as Netflix, is classified by the HDCP protocol, our projector does not support streaming movies over the phone. The same things apply to HBO, Disney+, Prime Video, HULU and others.

This item is really of low quality. I would've given it a less than 1 star. I ended up buying another projector just for the clarity of it.
Unfortunately, Best Buy doesn't allow me to return it without having to pay "stocking fee". (I am a loyal customer with Best Buy; however, it feels like they know I was buying a poor product. I wish they could let me test it first.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We're really sorry you've encountered this issue!

I am Greatful I made the choice of this model of projector! I wanted one since my sister gave me an outside blowup projector screen. I have a SONY 75in tv in my basement and I swear I might not have bought that if I would have gotten this projector then. It shows just as Clear and offers a larger picture!

Was a hit with the grandparents showing them pictures from a trip. They want us to now show them their pics on the big screen from days ago. I think they realize that they need to be digital..?...
