This product is dangerously flimsy, unstable in even the slightest breeze, and absolutely not safe for outdoor settings. It behaves like a giant sail, ready to topple, twist, or injure anyone nearby. This isn’t just bad design—it’s reckless. To add insult to injury, Best Buy will charge a $16.50 restocking fee for returning this unsafe product. So now I’m paying extra just for the privilege of trying to protect my family from a potentially hazardous screen that should never have made it to market. And here’s the worst part: if something tragic happens, there will be no real recourse. The Consumer Protection Agency is being gutted by people who seem more interested in helping scam artists than consumers. If you're hoping there's a safety net, think again. Avoid this product at all costs. It should come with a warning label, not a promotional pitch. And Best Buy should seriously reconsider stocking items that pose a safety risk.

The frame is very fragile to support the látex strength and the base is very small and lightweight for 120" screen. I try this indoor and the air conditioning fly this like a flag. Maybe outdoor using tensioner screen can do better. Not recommended.
