Not a happy experience so far.

Customer support is by email only and no indication given to when they will reply (not even a confirmation email). Troubleshooting guide is more or less non existent. Not feeling good about the purchase at this point.

It is definitely not a “beginner” or any kind of user friendly drone. It flew away on its own the first time flying it. We never found it. Worst purchase made. Tried to contact manufacturer and no response. Do not recommend this product.

Great higher level but entry level drone. Meeting my expectations. I think it’s well worth the price. Phone mount on the remote is a little clumsy but still operable.

Have not got it flying yet, but looks wise and set up was very easy and the drone looks really good. If I can get it to work it would be 5 stars. Good price as well.
