Could have been better.

Paul Walker's worst movie.

It may have been to reveal third world country issues. I don't know. Paul is as photographic as ever but there is little action and the storyline is dull. Paul must have been helping out a friend to do this movie. He took a step backward in his thrilling career to do this? Yuck.

This movie was okay.
