i lost my suction cup mount and was looking for a perfect replacement. i tried generics which i bought from ebay but those didn’t hold up well to the windshield. this suction cup has excellent grip on the windshield just make sure to clean up both surfaces with alcohol. the only negative is during the peak of summer in texas while parked under the sun, the suction cup will fall off at times. and i have to re-clean and re-stick it again.

Once on the windshield and there it stays. A quality product that exceeds expectations. Thank you Garmin

This is applied to the inside of a windshield and is intended to hold your GPS in place. But the windshield gets exposed to VERY high temps in the summer and very cold ones in the winter. I find that after a few years you need to replace it so the cup can maintain enough shape to create suction on the windshield

I love of this mounting accessory very easy to use. Easy to get the GPS on and off the mount.

Larger than the standard mounts, which allows more surface area for a better suction, for supporting a large Garmin 61 GPS. The standard smaller ones, don't hold as well, especially w/the larger Garmin GPS's.

i am satisfied with the product. work fine .i used it on my last trip to austin tx.

I didn't realize that this suction cup and attachment actually comes with almost every Garmin GPS. So it is not needed. I bought it because it came up as suggested on the BestBuy website but it is not. However it does work great.

It does exactly what it says it is going to do. Works great.

When I purchased my GPS this came up as recommended to go with my unit. I figured that made sense to have the suction cup so I added it to my order. But actually the Garmin GPS's come with this already so it's not needed.

When I got home, I found out that this GPS mounting bracket did not fit my Garmin GPS. I just threw it away. This is the first time I was offered an opportunity to submit a review thus the long time lapse.
