My item was lost in shipping. One day the tracking just stopped. I contacted Best Buy and they said it wasn’t there problem bc it was from a 3rd party seller so I contacted the 3rd party seller and they made me wait an additional week. We went back and forth until they finally agreed to resend me one that I still have not received. Pay attention to what you’re ordering. It doesn’t all come from Best Buy
