Don’t be fooled by the trailers. This is really a funny movie. Tom Hardy does an awesome job playing the role. Good story and ends with a good cliffhanger. I highly recommend this movie.

Honestly this movie is more enjoyable than it has any right to be. Plot inconsistencies abound, but if you are a comic fan, just check your brain at the door and enjoy. I look forward to seeing where they take the series from here.

What we have here is a movie based on a comic book character that my 67 yr old wife can't get enough of. Venom is one fun movie. Sit back, relax, turn off your freaking cell, and enjoy.

Yes, this movie has flaws, but overall it's just a lot of fun. Tom Hardy always delivers great performances, and his Brock character's interactions with Venom are often hilarious, like an old married couple. Sit back and have a little fun.

Good movie. Only thing that bothered me was that runtime is 1 hour 54 minutes but movie ends at 1 hour 34 min so like theres 20 minutes of credits, like really come on..get it together Sony..

My whole family loved Venom when we watched it in the theater. There is lots of action, humor, and a good villan. Tom Hardy was a great choice as the anti-hero. We're hoping they do a sequel.

I wasn't sure how I would like a Venom origin without Spider-Man, but this surprised me. My wife and I both liked it better than we expected. Action packed and funny in the right places.

Venom is a great family movie it really entertaining and funny. Venom is not your ordinary superhero which make the movie story great it show children that anyone can be a superhero.

Enjoyed this movie completely. Thought it was a nice twist to take this down-and-out individual and make him the hero of the story. I found the movie to be filled with action and comedy.

Its a great film. Tom hardy knocks it out of the park as venom and as eddie brock. He makes you love both characters and does a great job. The action is packed and fun. It may not be the perfect film for venom. But they did a good job.

I hesitated to purchase this movie, but did anyway because it had Tom Hardy in it, and are we glad I did!! Great acting, and actually a fun movie. We have watched it several times already.

Love the character, the back story and the performance by Tom Hardy. Michelle Williams is superb in her role also. Just waiting for the sequel now. Hint: The alien never looked so good!

Once again, Marvel has made another movie from a comic book! Great special effects, duh! The following flix will be fun to say the least. If you like other movies of thiers ,watch it.
