I was very skeptical about this move based on reviews I seen, but I will say I enjoyed the movie. Is it prefect, no. Does it take some liberties with the source material, yes. All in all this is a enjoyable film, and a much better Venom than the first time he made an appearance in a movie (cough Spiderman 3 disaster cough).

Love this film! Glad to see it did well and a sequel is on the way. Much more fun than recent Marvel films. Tom Hardy is great as Eddie Brock. The film looks gorgeous in 4K with rich blacks and great contrast and color. Watched on 4K Samsung 65” QLED via XBOX One S playback.

"Venom" was a surprisingly fun movie that didn't let me down whatsoever. It doesn't take itself super seriously and Tom Hardy's performance was perfect for this character. You don't have to be a fan of "superhero" movies to appreciate this one ... buy it and enjoy!

Really enjoyed watching this movie so much so that we decided to purchase it. We do not understand why it received so much mislike. Good plot line with bits of comedy sprinkled in and lots of action. If you havent seen this movie, we would suggest seeing it.

Went to go see it in the theater and it was better than most non Marvel MCU films. I lacks any tie in to anything related to anything Marvel though. It has it’s funny parts and there definitely could be a sequel in it’s future. It’s definitely a good rental and a buy for the diehard comic fans. Let’s hope for better sequels.

venom as we all know a villan by origin now a hero type character spider man and all its wonder has made a big impression on the comic market as we all know now venom with its great visual effects was yet great experience to see with a great ending made it real fun

Every science-fiction fan should have this title in their collection. Beautifully produced with a unique story line. I never read the comic, but loved this movie! My brother is not a sci-fi fan, and even he found it entertaining. Marvel has done it again :)

The SteelBook artwork is awesome. One of the best I've seen in awhile. Tom Hardy is perfect for the role and did an awesome job. Spider-Man is nowhere to be found in this movie and it's perfectly fine. They made a good fun movie where Venom can stand out on his own.

Dark film. Enjoyed it a lot... especially Tom Hardy's performance. CGI was good and even better to see Venom with bit off good and evil, but all to his own agenda. Not many super hero movies based on an enemy/villain. Again, BBY steel-book on this one is superRAD.

I was skeptical of a Venom movie that didn't include Spider-man. I am a huge comics nerd and went into this movie not expecting too much. Example: 2003 Ang Lee's Hulk movie. I was surprised how well they pulled it off and I'm looking fwd to more movies in this series!

I did not know anything about the hero Venom, watching the movie for the first time. It started a little slow but once the action, along with the humor, kicked in. I was extremely entertained. I am eagerly waiting for the next installment of Venom. A very fun movie!

The movie is so awesome.. I love the quality and sound in my new TV. I purchased a 60 inch LG 4k tv from there as well for 500 dollars and the 2 go great together thank you bestbuy that's why I'll keep coming back and spreading the word you guys rock..

Not the lightest superhero movie, but nowhere near as dark as the Batman series. I was worried it would be too dark, but found it entertaining. Not the best (not going to watch it 10x), not the worst (I probably will eventually watch it again), but worth seeing at least once if you enjoy superhero movies.

In parts this movie was funny and they should do a second venom movie. I watched the movie five times already and it seems like l missed out on something. I still did not get it all that’s the reason they should do a second one. Will there be another movie?

I enjoy getting the Marvel and DC Steelbooks that Best Buy offers. They are very collectible and I tend to not even open them because they are usually worth more down the road. This movie itself was sort of run of the mill for Marvel (it's not MCU) but at least it's better than than the Topher Grace version of Venon.

Thought the trailer and some of the stills from the movie looked really cheesy so hesitated to pick up in 4k -- needn't have worried the special effects came off better than I thought possible. Hardy is great, to. A slight quibble would be that I think they should just gone to a rated R like the Deadpool movies.

It's like Star Wars in the fact the movie tries to make you feel for the bad guy. Still, this movie was awesome, I think the last one Stan Lee was in as well (if you don't count Spiderverse). Cannot wait till the second installment. 4k does this movie justice!!!

I hate that this movie got bad reviews. It was very action-packed and you could tell there was going to be more movies. Since it was the first movie in what is to be a series there’s a lot of backstory that you have to understand. Overall a very excellent movie!

I remember when my oldest son bought the Venom comics and loved them (think he still has them, too). I heard the critics panned the movie yet I enjoyed it. A "bad" guy with a good heart is always a fun combo when combined with an alien parasite. Sit back and enjoy, make your own decision about the movie. Glad I did.

Didn't see this movie in theaters and saw that the critics mostly panned the movie. Bought the 4k blu-ray when it was on sale and my wife and I really enjoyed it. Tom Hardy's acting (as always) was outstanding. Highly recommend watching at least once.
