Its a stap. I could not use it when zip lining because it was wrong for the helmet I used ziplining. Make sure it works with your helmet. Had to rent the right strap they used one that when in more places around the helment not just at two points like this one. If your helmet works with this and is stable buy it.

Great helmet strap for the GoPro. Best buy has a variety of mounting options for the GoPro. I had multiple mounts and no helmet mount. With the help of an associate, we found what I wanted, it was out of stock but we ordered it and I got free shipping. Great service.

I bought this so I could mount a go-pro on my helmet so can catch the crazy drivers and for my off-road riding. The mount is sturdy and works on a variety of helmet configurations with the adjustable strap. Very light weight. I don't even notice it is there when I am not using the camera.

Good thing to have if you have a go pro, a thing to hold the camera. Not a lot else to say , it is ling, firm must be careful as to not hit someone in the head or poke in the eye, the handle works fine too, a nice grip to hold the camera as to not loose it

The strap lengths are probably fine if used on a helmet like meant for, but I am using it to strap the camera to my leg for a different angle. The straps ended up being too small to reach around my manly leg muscles so I had to use a loop of shoe string to make it work.

Strap length seems to fit ok to my helmet design, base seems sturdy and the foamy materials prevent vibrations, retention system not so good loosens quite often. I have no point of comparison so I cannot recommend any other.

Doesn't always work as well on the helmet when doing mountain bike racing. Get a lot of video of the ground or of the sky when you try to adjust it. The chest strap works better.

Item works great with my bike helmet, use it every time I go bike riding. Depending where the vents holes are on your helmet you might or might not have enough slack.

I got this when I was going skiing and I knew I'd be renting a helmet. If you cinch it down tight it holds pretty tight. There's a little bit of vibration but nothing too bad.

The GoPro helmet strap works very well with my Oakley helmet The dual cinching system allows you to really tighten down and hold camera firmly in place.

good choice, if you have not purchased the kit bike is essential to have these types of media, for trekking, climbing, mountain biking, allowing good shots with the gopro camera.
